  • Combine ground almonds and powdered sugar
  • Whisk egg whites and sugar until firm

  • Place into a pastry bag with a 10mm pastry tip
  • Pipe spirals onto baking tray that has been lined with non-stick baking paper
  • Sprinkle tops with powdered sugar  Bake at 170 degrees C until browned
  • Cut into regular circle shapes to fit mold with cookie cutter
