For the Cheesecake
2 – 8 ounce packages cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
1 1/3 cup white peppermint baking chunks
2 eggs
1 batch peppermint whipped cream
peppermint candy pieces
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a 9×13 pan with foil. Spray it with nonstick baking spray.
- Mix together the melted butter and cocoa powder.
- Beat the eggs and sugar together. Add the vanilla, salt, and butter mixture and beat again.
