The manufacturing procedure is extremely easy, you just require to follow the approaches that we have actually composed on this page. The adhering to are the stages of how to cook Immunity Boosting Orange Smoothie.

For my first recipe of the new year, I wanted to bring you something healthy to start your January off right! Smoothies are a great way to add fresh produce to your diet because they’re quick and easy to make. Plus, there are endless ways to combine ingredients to make deliciously healthy smoothies. For the past week, I’ve been drinking a smoothie every day and continue to come up with new flavor combinations.

There are a few smoothie recipes that I find myself going back to again and again, because they’re just so good. One of those is this Cocoa Almond Protein Smoothie, another is a green smoothie that I’ll be sharing here soon, and another is this Immunity Boosting Orange Smoothie!

This refreshing orange smoothie is great for this time of year, when colds and other viruses are going around. Both fresh oranges and mango contain a good dose of Vitamin C, which can help protect our immunity. When it comes to staying healthy, we’ll need to do a bit more than drink delicious smoothies. 😉 A combination of nutritious foods, exercise, stress reduction, and good old hand-washing are the best ways to prevent illness. I could write a whole series of posts about reducing stress, but for now I’ll just say that consistent exercise is a great help.

This January, I’m committing to a few healthy choices that I hope will make me feel my best, help me fight off winter viruses, and contribute to my long-term health.

The first has to do with diet. I’m going refined sugar free for the month of January! Writing that down is both scary and exciting. Since I’ve said it here, I really have to follow through! I will be making one exception, and that is for a slice of birthday cake on my daughter’s 2nd birthday. Unless I decide to make another refined sugar free cake like I did last year. If you’d be interested in learning more about how to cut out refined sugars, let me know!

I also have the nutrition goal of eating more fruits and vegetables, which I think will happen naturally by cutting out sugary treats. Instead of reaching for a cookie or graham cracker, I’ll have to snack on apples, carrot sticks and smoothies! For baking, I’ll use maple syrup or honey (which are unrefined sugars), plus mashed bananas or applesauce, to make healthier snacks like these Carrot Cake Breakfast Cookies and these Blueberry Banana Muffins.
