HOLIDAY MOSCOW MULE: CRANBERRY GINGER FIZZ Recipes

With the holidays around the corner, it is important to have a few delicious drink recipes handy — not just those that look pretty, but that are easy and taste amazing too. When your friends come over, it is ideal to have a tray of drinks all made and ready to go. That way they can select a cup and enjoy your company, not watch you measure, pour, and shake orders all night.

This sweet concoction is just perfect for such occasions. It features the festive holiday flavors of cranberry and ginger, with a generous splash of vodka. The garnish is frozen cranberries, which serve as very pretty ice cubes. Since they are so similar to Moscow mules, we like to serve them up in copper mugs. But if you don’t have those on hand, don’t worry, they look just as gorgeous in cocktail tumblers as well. Cheers!

Ingredients:

• 1/4 cup frozen cranberries for topping
• 4 ounces vodka
• 8 ounces ginger beer
• 4 ounces cranberry juice

Directions:

1. Add 6 or 7 ice cubes and half the frozen cranberries to cup or glass.
2. Pour in half the vodka, half the ginger beer, and half the cranberry juice. Stir two or three times with a swizzle stick.
