OATMEAL:
2 cups Quick Cooking Oats
3 tbs Chia Seeds (or ¼ cup Ground Flaxseed)
12 packets Natural Sweetener (stevia, Truvia, etc.)
¼ tsp Salt
1⅓ cups Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
1⅓ cups Brewed Coffee (or Espresso, for a real caffeine kick!)
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
“FOAM” LAYER:
Silk Sweet & Creamy Almond Creamer
CARAMEL OPTIONS:
Homemade Caramel Sauce
Homemade Date Caramel Sauce

  1. In a large bowl, stir together the oats, chia seeds, sweetener and salt.
