One my all-time favorite dishes is simple to make and always a crowd favorite – Cheesy Potato Casserole! It’s perfect to pair with my favorite Slow Cooker Dijon Maple & Brown Sugar Glazed Ham Recipe, too!

My mom made this cheesy hash brown potato dish for years and I always loved it!  She didn’t make it often but when she did, we were all so excited!  This Cheesy Hashbrown Potato Dish goes by many names –

Made with simple ingredients – hashbrowns, cheese, sour cream, cream of chicken soup – and mixed in a bowl before adding to a baking dish, this Cheesy Potato Casserole is a must-have for any get-together you host!

This old-fashioned potato dish is so delicious.  I love the crunchy topping of corn flakes coated with melted butter the best!  There’s just something about it that reminds me of being little.  My grandmother used to add them to the top of her casseroles all the time!

Ingredients

• 2 lb bag frozen hash browns
• 1 can cream of chicken soup
• 1 cup sour cream
• 1 stick butter
• 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
• topping
• 1 cup corn flakes
• 1 stick butter

Instructions

1. Preheat over to 375 degrees.
2. Mix first 5 ingredients together in a large bowl.
3. Add cheesy potatoes to a 9×13 baking dish.
