- 5½ cups chocolate Rice Krispies
- white cookie icing
- M&Ms or other candy for buttons
- paper straw if desired or popsicle sticks
- Over low heat melt the butter. Add in the marshmallows and stir to melt. Combine with cocoa powder and remove from heat.
- Stir in the Rice Krispies until combined.
- Grease the inside of a gingerbread man cookie cutter as well as your hands! and place on waxed paper or parchment paper. Press the Rice Krispie mixture firmly into the mold.
