  •  1/2 cup diced onion
  •  3 cloves garlic minced
  •  1 tsp cumin
  •  1 tsp salt + more to taste
  •  2 tbsp tomato paste
  •  1/4 – 1/2 cup chicken or vegetable broth
  •  Fresh cilantro for garnish optional
